🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note: Shipping delays can happen during high-volume drops, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track orders through your account page on our site.

International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties and taxes are not included in your checkout price and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country's laws.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Email us at support@gohngi.com to start the return process. Include your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited edition pieces (unless defective)

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color within 14 days if the requested item is in stock. Reach out with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
We got you. If you received a defective or incorrect item, email us at support@gohngi.com with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.

💸 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirmation. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
